What counts as a case?
An RMA or support request submitted to your team. Drafts your customers have not finished do not count, and neither do closed historical cases you import.
Do you charge per customer or per portal user?
No. On every plan that includes the portal, invite as many customers as you like. Plans are priced per team, not per seat of your customers.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, upgrades and downgrades happen in-app from Settings. Your data is identical on every plan; features simply switch on.
